24 TOTAL just removed from walk-in cooler for butchering. These was caught in 3 hunts. I sure got some funny looks coming through town . Grin

I have a large electric grinder to do the grinding, but I have the old school hand crank sausage stuffer for stuffing links. It does 18 lbs at a time , so not to bad.I was lucky ,, when I have a sausage maken,, word gets out & friends show up that I have'nt seen in a long time Grin Grin, so I putum to work. Wink Grin

I've never skinned one that had been in a cooler, they look rather stiff.  Does it make them harder to work with?
