Fed my pit pup a cup of food n a lil canned food last night, boy his stomach was huge n he kept trying to poop and was just bawling, i gave him some peto n rubbed on his stomach no luck, finally i decided id try a baby laxative (only thing i knew to do) he pooped three diff time n stomach went down some, What u think happened??
If happens again did i do the right thing, also im pretty sure he ate pretty quik. I told wife to not feed him this morn n see if he will poop again the feed him a lil eggs n grease not sure if itll help but no grease give em the chits if u give to much....

Feed him SMALL amounts through out the day--- NEVER just one big meal.

|
big dogs with big chests can get bloated and die...but don't know about pups...he could of ate something that has him plugged up..

Thx guys ill cut his food down more throughout the day, all i could think is her ate to much to fast and needed to digest but body wasnt able to process yet, as of now hes fine but thx agasin for the info dnt wanna lose this lil guy

Puts some large rocks or tennis balls in his bowl--- that will teach him to slow down his eating, if that doesnt help then all I can think of is feeding him small meals  . I have never seen and or heard of a puppy bloat, but there is always a first--- I did have my big boy bloat about 5 years ago--- THAT HURT--- he was MY DOG and a great bud. |
