Ok, last week I had the privelege of going to the "Promised Land Ranch" with my good buddy Jake. We caught a sow the night before and we were going to use her the next day to bay some young dogs. I intended on hobbling her and then letting her out so she didnt run too far from the youngins. Jake decided he wanted to try for the first time grabbing a hog with his hands. Jake is fairly new at hog doggin, so i gave him my How To: on how to grab her.
