I was wondering what some of u do to make ur pups grow fast? I have seen alot pups the same age and alot of difference in their size. Just wondering the secret is to having the massive pups and how u all get them to grow faster than others? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

if a pup grows too fast it'll cause them to have joint problems later in life. best thing to do is just feed the recommended amount of quality puppy food for the dogs weight and age. i like to feed the large breed puppy food if it is indeed a large breed dog. keep them wormed on a regular basis and make sure they get all of their shots.
that's about all you really can do. i also like to keep my pups in a larger pen (30x40) together so they can run and play and seperate them during feeding time so i know they are all getting the right amount of food.
a pups growth is gonna come down to the puppy as long as you're giving them the proper nutrition and care.

I have had momma dogs that just produced alot of milk and ended up with big fat rolly polly pups and some that didn't with smaller pups. If you are worming properly and they seem too small or thin I think a vet check would be next. If all is well with their health you can cheat a little bit with some vanilla ensure. It is usually for older folks to gain weight but does the same for pups.

I top dress the puppy food with a few tablespoons of plain yogurt and really stay on top of the worming. My pups are always healthy and grow off well but not too fast. Of course, mine are stockdogs but even the one litter of hogdog pups I raised years back were in optimum condition. Yogurt rocks  Cheers M |

At 3 are 4 weeks I start feeding calf milk replacer it really helps the weaker pups catch up I also begin worming at 2 weeks with a drop are 2 of strongid increasing weekly I have had great results U can also sprinkle milk powder on dry feed or soak it. Any way just my 2 cents Good luck with your pups
