I don't think breeding her would interrupt her. I always thought they come in every 6 months(on average) whether they get bred or not. I could be totally wrong though.

there cylce will vary from 3-8 month intervals. i had 3 gyps come in heat with in weeks of each other. bred 1, she didnt take. 3.5 months later 1 of the other 1s came back in, bred her and got pups about ready to go to new hms, the first gyp i tried breeding just got bred but was a month later than expected, and the 3rd gyp has not come yet. this will be her sec cycle. im not a vet, but from what iv watch with these 3 so far, not every female is exactly the same, nor is their cycle. it will vary and breeding her may or may not change her cycle. im assuming you dont want to fix her, or you wouldnt be asking this question.

Why should I trade one tyrant three thousand miles away for three thousand tyrants one mile away? An elected legislature can trample a man's rights as easily as a king can!

I've heard but don't know this to fact: females in general will start to cycle together when kept in close proximity. As far as when, I can't really say, I always thought it would be around the same time every year.
