As many on here know I am in politics. I have listen to every speech I ca n from the past as far back as I can to what every politician speaks about know. Illegal Immigration gets brought up by every damn politicians out there from county wide to federal  They all talk about what there going to do but ain't nt a dang one of them done it. I plan on starting as a commissioner and getting my education and moving up the latter. We can fix the US but we need good elected officials.

No I would not take it that way. If people will follow a good leader than a good leader can take them to the battle and win.

Well the real solutions are tough and cold but what has to be done has to be done. The federal government will have to remove every illegal as they catch them. Then declare war on our borders. If you cross your dead. Not on Mexico just on the border. Its a tuff world and it's going to take tuff people to run it.

 from what iv heard, its like spec ops selection. you can get peered out for not following the crowd of crooks. it would be nice for some kind of immigration laws be enforced and ammended to keep our borders partialy shut down. we can see your approach veiws on immigration, but whats the deal with skyrocketing fuel prices and no signs of relief, what and who do we need to start with to get it under control?

The bad part is everyone high enough to actually do something wants to be reelected and minorities have a large voting percentage.  My wife works for the state and trust me she has some pretty bad storys on how they are taking advantage.  There are some good ones here that work and do good but dang some sure are a rat in our tax dollars.  I wish you the best cward.  because of the way the public is now there is nothing we can do the only way to ever put a stop to it is put the fear of god in them (charles idea would work well) it will never happen.  That or the mexican economy strengthens.  I'm afraid there is not much back bone left in the american people as a whole for anything to be done more anyways

Well one can say just about anything on fuel but in the end. It really boils down to the suppliers. There would have to be more government control over them but in reality do you want the government to be in control over them. The less the federal government controls the better we our.  But if Obama turns the oil companies loose on there prices they will start hiring more people witch makes his creating jobs look good for his election. Then he will blame the high cost of oil on the oil companies watch and see.

i dont know about you, but i was born here in this country which makes me an american. my great grand father was an immigrant and he didnt come to exploite this country, he helped build it and fled from nazi germany before the war started. what immigrants come for is the hand outs now. have you tried to get a government loan to start a company to help he kids out? i did and got denide, was told off the side that i was a u.s. citizen, white and a male. our country cares more about what other countries think of us than they do for their own hard working citizens.

Noah I will agree with what you are saying a 100 percent. I will not say what we did to the Indian was right. We got here and took away something that was not ours. The indians fought long and hard and lost in the end. Now we are here and it is ours if we don't fight to keep it then we will loose it just like the indians. I cant fix what happened then but we can hold what we got.

it's my understanding we have plenty of immagration laws in place , just the feds refuse to enforce them . when i was a young man i remeber the raids on construction sites happened every day . and the illigals was loaded up and sent home . how longs it been since you've heard of a ins raid lately .

my great grandfather saw what was happening in germany and didnt want any part of it. he put his family on a boat for here, got off, got a job and helped build this country, not stand there with his hand out wnating gov handouts for sitting on his butt.

 i dont know about your ancestors, he didnt fall off the boat. from what my grandfather told me, he walked proudly off the boat, glad to be out of germany. my grandfather worked hard his whole life in the oil field sector. that old man even after his 2 heart surgerys could work circles around guys have his age, especially the young men of nowdays, including myself.
now i dont have an issue with immigration, as long as its not for a handout and as far as the mexicans, we have more to worry about from the north just as we do the south. we get garbage crossing both north and south. the statue of liberty says, give us your tired, hungry and poor. well is not the american who are tired, hungry and poor nowdays? take care of our own citizens before handing out my tax money to some border jumper.
