Had a guy tell me that a lot of hogs have been caught at the end of a deer run.

Never had a dog actually catch one...
it has happened I try to break em before they start in the woods...cause a gamey cur will run a deer.

Training dogs is not about quantity, it's more about timing, the right situations, and proper guidance...After that it's up to the dog... A hunting dog is born not made...

i let them trash until they start strikeing there own pigs then i break them off the trash the nly thing i break them off of young is cows and horses a trashy dog is a dog that wants to hunt
