I am a man but the Springfield xd,s are awesome way more accurate than any auto I've used. the triggers are very smooth. I carry it in a nine and use it for backup when hunting too. .40 is better but took it in trade on a job.

My wife carries springfield xdm 9mm. All these springfields are great guns, match grade barrels, holds 16 shots. Extremely dependable. Their makin an xds now. S stands for slim. Its pocket sized. Damn good guns

Got my wife a glock 26 a couple months ago. She has put about 400 rounds through it now and the little gun is pretty acurate and she shoots it well. Never been a fan of 9mm's but she can put the lead where she wants to so it should serve her well if lord forbid she ever has to use it
