And lots of Javalina Really Coach? Thats what i was kinda worried about. My dogs have never been around Javelinas, you think they will be a problem if most of my dogs are trash broke? |

I hunt here. And yea there are a few hogs if you know where to look  . The javelinas are a pain. Even broke dogs can get confused on em. But usually it only takes once or twice then the dogs learn that them things SUCK!!! You movin down here or just coming to hunt? |

I had one that didn't care he was gonna catch a javalina if one crossed his path. He never learned shock collars never worked for him.

I got a buddy that hunts down here that his dogs just love em. Can't get enough of the javelinas. It sucks but is kinda funny, they give em hell!!! Them dogs have been wore out and still dont learn.

The worst thing about the whole thing is that you can have a hog bayed up and those pesky sons of guns will come in and break up a bay while hurting a dog or two in the process.

Some places do and some don't. Where I grew up north of Alice there aren't many hogs. I rarely hunt back home. I prefer the desert country further west.
