None of my business but I'd take that dog to a vet, both for treatment and for legal reasons. That will add a little credability to your claim against them. You should be paid back 100% for all vet bills and other cost during the treatment such as fuel and missed time from work ect.. I would have an attorney send them a letter at the very least stating such along with a letter from your vet stating damage to the dog and any possible effects that could crop up down the road from tocisity from the acid ie. liver damage. You can bet they will lawyered up from the get go when you made the complaint over the phone and you should to anytime dealing with a company of that size, also I'd seek attorneys fee's covering the cost of the letter they send.  thats good to know about no long term damage. will the dog ever grow hair there again since the hair folicles were destroyed by the acid? if not, that is a long term effect that can effect tracking collar location, cut collar, or just regular collar. plus the dog my have a form of ptsd with collars from here on out  Grin
not tryn to be hatefull just wanted to try and bring a smile to your face with a lil humor about the collar ptsd.
