Coming from PETA and Anti's, they are trying to shut dog dog hunting and breeding.

Facts;
The national "animal rights" campaign to vilify responsible dog and
cat breeders and render their national registries impotent is in full swing at
our state legislature!  What better way to end all use, breeding and ownership
of dogs and cats than with legislation?  "Stop them from being born"
is their mantra.

Wayne Pacelle, Vegan President of HSUS, was quoted when asked if he envisioned
a future without pets:  "If I had my personal view, perhaps that might take
hold.  In fact, I don't want to see another dog or cat born."
(Bloodlines:  Nature, Culture and the Hunt by Ted Kerasote, 1993, p. 266)

These radical extremists have no desire to improve the conditions in so-called
"puppy mills."  They want regulations to shut down hobby breeders and
commercial breeders completely or make it so cumbersome that no one will do it.
This 81st Legislative Session in Texas clearly demonstrates their agenda with
bills filed for Mandatory Dog and Cat Spay/Neuter and the Breeder/Sales/Puppy
and Kitten Lemon Law Bill.  Make this clear to our legislators.

Help keep dog hunting alive.
If we set back and these laws get passed, They will become effective Sept. 1, 2009
