My name is Lee Henderson and i live in Bushnell Florida. I have hunted since i was a kid and Hog hunted with dog's since 1995 and have raised American Bulldog's since 1996. Prefer to catch them Alive. My first AB catch dog was a Hines blood dog from Texas and fell in love with the breed.

Welcome to ETHD!  Smiley  You have found the right forum if you are a hog hunting junkie like most of us on here. Do you have any other dogs  besides American Bulldogs?

This is my newest pup BB. She is from Tico at Jamup bulldog's and goes back to Juan at American Ledgenz in Taxason one side. Alot of Old hines stuff and has caught a 25lb pig already before Tico got her to me.

This is Lilly at 12 months old. Her dad was NKC dog of the year in 2010. Another standard dog that goes back to some Hines stuff.

This is Jax at about 14 months old. Got him from Pudge in KY. Goes back to Hines Blood and Smokey Mountain stuff. Great dog.

This is Eli at 12 months. Tons of drive. Fom Konfederate Kennels like Lilly from my friend Don Mathews.

This was Magnum my old Hines dog after a good night. Miss that one.

This is Harley my AB Black mouth cross. great dog. Her mother  came from my friend Pete who hunts the cape. Crazy dog like her mother.

This is BB playing with my Ridgeback cross Dixie. I don't have any pictures yet of my Yellow dog's Ralph and Minny. Have not had them long, Just got them from my friend at the Cape.

You are close. The best  strike dog i ever had came from my friend Pete Vento at the Cape. I use to hunt the North end as a guest with him years ago. That place is unreal.  Who are you a agent for?

Its still pretty unreal with all the terrain you encounter but i'm truly jealous that you got to experience the cape when you got to hunt it. That's when it was unreal with all the hogs back then. I've been told some crazy stories of that place. It's true too that if have a dog that can hunt the cape these days you've got something you need to hold on to. Same thing with the cane fields down south. I've brought dogs down there and they could catch a hog at the cape but I was number 2 out a luck down south. They would run a sugar block and when they got to the other side they were cut up from the cane and they wouldn't hit the next block.

I know Danny well. From the Cape and Green Swamp west and Tosohatchee.  I heard he got that end back. Steve was the lease holder when i first went as a guest with Pete and then Danny had it. Then lost it and so on. It goes up for bid every 5 years. All i can tell you is go deep back in to the marsh. Always did good on that side. Hard to beleive that it has no hog's now. That sucks. Good memories. Lot's of gators!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  What is your name?
