go the vet and get a shot called lutalyse it cancels out that pregnancy and will bring her back into heat again..
the side effects of course are vomiting, and  never being able to breed her again but ive NEVER had any problems with the number 2 im using one today as a matter of fact!

Was this guy a close friend of yours,.....if not,.....why on earth did you loan him your dog?Huh? Did you tell him that this dog was in heat? If he is a close friend then you need to find some new....'trustworthy' people to hang out with.

I never borrow a dog for hunting...nor do I loan any...learned a long time ago when things go bad 1. they don't know how to take care of my dog...or they don't go to the extreme to save the dog like I would...

but what happened to your female....I do not blame the boy for getting the best female if you told him to come get a dog...I would have done the same and got the best...and after her getting bred once it doesn't matter if 3 others bred her because she would be just as pregnant with one as with 4. not saying it is right but more than likely he wouldn't of taken her if he knew she was in heat... but she should have been bleeding and swollen for a week...to me, you should have told him not to take that female because she was in heat...

One dog I see as an accident, 4 dogs seems a little hard to believe it was accidental.

You need to put a towel over her head and sneak her off to the clinic, get it "taken care of" them get her back home, tell her that while you are very dissapointed in her actions, you still love her and that's why your going to the boys house to have a word with her boyfriends. At this point, lock her in her kennel, drive over there, get out a 24" price of rusted rebar and go all Buford Puscer on them dogs.

I had a gyp get bred a while back and my vet said lutalyse will not work to abort 100% of the time and can and does cause problems. She gave me the ecp shot and a month later I was able to hunt her again after she went back out of heat Tongue Hope it works out for ya...

x2 I don't borrow dogs to hunt with. I took one of my best friends dogs out for 1 morning and the first 20 minutes he was no longer with us anymore. And I don't mean he got lost either..... Bad deal. My friend wasn't mad he said that's part of it but I replaced the dog and I still feel bad about it.
