Nice lookin dog Justin, Is there any way to get the guys # that relocated if he has the papers. We might be piece the puzzle together if we had a few names off the ped. There is really no telling for sure, he does resemble some of my dogs. My friend Bo Lewis in Jasper bred our Crash dog to a hybrid female and had 2 big litters that were spread all over SE TX. He could be off of some of those dogs by chance. Your right, the toughest fight of his life could be behind him if he whooped a donkey lol. I'm surprised he doesn't have some hoof prints on him.

Thanks Mrs. Krystale I appreciate it.

Mr. Bryant, I will try to get the info off of his papers, the man I got him from told me that the owner had papers and would see about gettin them from me but couldn't promise anything, I told him it wasn't a big deal and that a simple picture of the ped. would be all I needed, I don't have a need for the actual papers but it would be nice to see if he does indeed go back to any one on here's line of dogs. I will see what I can do to get em and if I do I will post the ped. for ya'll to look at.

Indian Valley, I know what ya mean, hard to just look at a dog and say "yep, he is out of so and so's blood" but I figured that ya'll who have been hunting/ working/ breeding these might have some insight on him......shot in the dark I know lol. I will see what I can do to get some back ground info on him for ya'll to look at.

Justin, we appreciate you posting him up, I've had similar things happen over the years, finding some blood that you have lost track of can be like Christmas coming early. That's why I love this board, lots of blanks can be filled in in a hurry.

Bryant...Peaches dog is a super nice looking dog and that is exactly how I would want one to look for a catch dog or working dog...Mike's Tink is a nice looking one as well...

I remember seeing English bulldog pictures from the late 1890's  and they looked like athletes...they looked like a cross between American Bulldogs and APBT's and look at them now...I am not saying that that is what is happening to the American Bulldogs but hopefully all breeders will breed for working dogs that can take the heat and won't need a C-section assist every time when delivering pups...as they become more popular there is that possibility that folks that don't know what a working dog should look like or perform...and will be breeding these dogs without any regard for working ability... just my 2 cents...

I like the look of the average Dogo except that some are too large for my liking and some are not consistent catch dogs...as you know a "catch dog" will catch no matter what and is fearless...

Lee, if your asking about Tink she is off a Pain x Banshee male bred to a female that is half Hines and half Steel trap like the Pee wee dogs mom.   So her mom is half Hines n half watchdog hybrid.

Hey Lee, the hines gyp bred to the steel trap dog Bryant is speaking about is my Scarlet gyp. Notice the brown eye patch.

Well no good news as far as this new dogs background, as Mr. Paul harvey used to say "and now the rest of the story". So I spoke with the man I got him from again, he tried calling the fella a couple times with no luck so the next day while he was out and about he swung by to where the previous owner lived and there were already new people moved into the house. My buddy didn't know the owner other than bs'n with him around town so when he saw that the guy no longer lived there he made a few calls to people the he knew were acquaintances with the guy, apparently he was in a bit of trouble and gettin out of dodge before he got hemmed up. The local dog catcher picked the dog up and called the fella before he left, he told the dog catcher to do whatever he needed to do with the dog.......pretty chitty deal for the dog but luckily he was spared and now is owned by me.....i'll probly never know his true background, I would have liked to kow just to see if he did go back to any of ya'lls dogs but o well, such is life, he will get a shot (one way or another  Wink) the same as any other bulldog i've ever owned.
