Ladner bmc are a good versitle bloodline they are breed for all kinds of stuff from squirrel hunting to hogs one of the guy who started the line lives over here in miss not to far from me

They're versatile. My uncle owns one, never had a day of training but what it taught itself. It's a straight meat dog, if it can run, be treed or be bayed, the dog is doing it. Looks good to.

got one off of a friend of mine hes 9months old hes been working pigs for about 5months very gritty will stop our bay pen boar fast also has a good handle can put him on just about anything will bay anything you put him on. can call him off real easy. smartest dog ive ever had. easyest dog i ever house broke sleeps in my lazyboy on the porch,

ladners have been a versatile hunting dog for various game for years . they are ok [ for a yeller dog ] but if you thinking on getting one get it now . mr. ladner died several years ago so they will soon be just yeller dogs , when the original breeder dies you can keep callin em by the name but the dogs ain't the same .

Training dogs is not about quantity, it's more about timing, the right situations, and proper guidance...After that it's up to the dog... A hunting dog is born not made...

Think they favor more cattle working than hog hunting, but that is my personal opinion.
