Mike and I went to make a little round tonight not much of a story. We jumped a FAT sow and a shoat. The dogs caught the shoat and we tied it for puppy training he was a nice red 35-40 lber. Well Hunter rolled out and gave chase to the sow and Blackjack and copper rolled out the other direction and jumped somethin the race was on. Eventually the dogs joined forced and we watched the dogs on the garmin run pretty much the same loop about ten times chasing the hog. 18 miles later we had to call them off so someone could go home Sure could use some of these shut the runners down yeller dogs I keep HEARING about... All in all it was a good time and I have a little pork in the pen now.....

Time my friend, all it takes is time... something my old ass don't have anymore on week nights. Come 10:30-11:00, it's time to call the race off and head north to my bed.

I hope so Tony, every dog on my yard is under two years old, except Hunter... and he just turned three.

Exactly, we were in that same boat last year. You will be happy with all the frustrating hours put in this year. Mike PM me your number if you are free Saturday morning, thinking about making a round down at my deer lease off of HWY 150 by myself

Hey, at least yall caught a hog. Last night we only had dry runs. And spent half the night retrieving dogs that do not know when enough is enough. Glad yall got one!
