Peachcreek you are right on that. My 01 and 05 would lie to you by like 2-3 miles per gallon, but my 11 model is right on. I have put pen  and paper to it and it is almost dead on everytime. The best I have got was 16.5 but that was straight highway at 70 mph with cruise set.

ur 11 model may be right on in the stock form... put a box on it and it will lie to you i can promise you that Wink the box increases fuel rail pressure and tweaks the timing then all the sudden your pcm thinks its getting 23 mpg because the fancy mpg deal is set up with the factory parameters.  the ecm thinks it is getting great mileage because the motor IS running better (more HP/TQ with less rpm) but it doesnt know about the extra fuel getting dumped or extra timing to achieve this due to the smarty or what ever box you are using increasing the rail pressure and timing. just my two pennies!!!! Grin

BTW rolling coal and fuel economy DO NOT go together.... but rolling coal sure is fun Evil

Yeah I did not take all of that into consideration. Both of the other trucks had chips, injectors, turbos, etc. and this truck is stock. And you aint a wolfin about rollin coal. Nothin like shuttin down 2-3 lanes of traffic doing it, but all that black smoke is just like throwin dollar bills out the window.  Grin

I've got an h&s tuner, DPF delete, egr delete, and cold air intake. Went from 13mpg to 19 as figured with a calculater, that's city and highway combined. Got 17 pulling a stock trailer to Colorado. I like mine and recommend it.

Corbell who did the work on your truck or where did you buy your deletes and tuner at? I have an 11 model that i plan on doing the deletes on. My buddy used to own a shop in Mont Belvieu but is no longer in business so i am  looking for a new shop to buy from.

Precision tire and automotive on college in beaumont did all the work to mine. Haven't had a problem yet goin on 9-10 months since the install.

Nope, that's not what they are referring to.  There was not a 6.7 offered in 04...

On the 6.7 trucks, there is a fair amount of emissions equipment that can be deleted to improve performance/economy.
