Airduster I was talking to Mr. Lewis awhile back and he was pissed off saying that some boys from new mexico went through his back pasture by his house and cut his fence instead of coming back the way they came in. That doesnt sound like something you would do so your right about fingers starting to get pointed in your direction. Good Luck with it.

Catahoulaman, I'd suggest you take this up in private and not come on this board cussing someone out... I didn't see your name mentioned anywhere in this thread.

Well I just wonder why you think he is talking about you? BTW ranch hands can't give permission to hunt the land only the owner or his agent does. I think you just admitted to breaking the law.

I killed a buck few years back on public land with my bow. My buddie come out and help me blood trail it and find him. Few days later i go back out there and hes got his climber up in the tree i sit in. I was pissed started to walk away. I just gave him what he deserved. Took me a piss under his stand and walked off.

Hate to say it...but it's just safer and easier to run with your own trusted group. Clanish maybe.....but a hell of alot less drama comes from time tested hunting partners and you dont have to deal with all that high school BS.

I have cracked my shell with a handful of folks on here and have always been very fortunate that all were updstanding classy guys that I still periodically keep in touch with.  But our crew is leary as coyotes of introducing new folks. Might seem stuck up or even like a horses rear but it guarantees that we dont have to deal with this type situation.

Sorry to hear of your troubles man. Hope you get it all sorted out.
