Never hunted around sorghum. Do they root up the seed or wait till its ready to cut ? Do they like it as much as corn and wheat ? Is it hard to hunt in ?

It is a bully wooger to hunt in.  Yes they love it when it heads out.  Also like a couple varieties that are sweeter I guess.  Better have a heck of a catch dog because when they bay and you and your cd can't see 2 feet infrount of your face and it is 8 foot tall is gets hairy.  We have turned cds in before and they coudent find the pig.  Ran around looking for it.  Lots of dairys around here plant it and guys that sale to the dairys.

Gave the pointer to a guy I know. Just got a pointer/pit female yesterday and hope to get her bred when she comes in.

Well buddy lee the grain season is mine and Sam3030s favorite time of the year we never can wait for it to head up and when they cut it we can't wait till the next year its were we kill most of our hogs and it beats crawling thru this south tx brush can be a lot of fun catching multiple hogs and going from field to field down here u can't beat a corn field but the grain comes in a close second
