i recently swapped my two DC-20 our for some new ones through garmin.i lefty my baseplates on the old collars, i can get them back but i want to go hunting tomorrow!!!  Grin so i zipped tied the collars to the dog collar REALLY tight with a couple of zip ties, it seems like it should work. i mean it tight on the dog collar.... iws just wondering if any of you guys have tried this before or any other method with out the base plates.... any ifo would be greatly apperciated!!!!!!

If you do loose em... Hey... they are tracking collars... shouldnt be that hard to find! LOL!

But seriously i have seen boys make their own backing plates for em.. out of aluminum... they worked better and were stronger than the plastic ones..

thats for that info i have seen those platesfor sell on the internet...i might try to grab me one some time
