I have been having problems with my collar two and four not being able to be tracked at the same time. If i start tracking collar four collar two disappears from the screen if i go to the add dog screen i can chose collar two and start tracking and then collar four disappears off the map and dog screen?Huh? I have tried deleting both collars and re adding them while making sure they are not using the same comm channel. So any ideas??? These collars used to work just fine together. This is pretty aggravating!!!

Remove collars then add and update again. If it says the collar has newest update,do it anyways. Worked for me.
