Ol' Lee been watchin' a good track out at his property for the last few weeks... tried to bump on this hog a couple times but the track has always been too cold... well, hit the woods in the light rain about an hour before daylight this morning and found his track... kicked Shine, Spinner, and Camo out and they rolled off... about a half mile away they bayed up solid on the edge of a big flag pond in a palmetto flat... knew it was gonna be a good one Lee and his dad(vid) ... about 75yds from the bay at this point... adrenalin starting to pump (vid) GO TIME Vid is a little shaky lol... Lee's dad was PUMPED Got as close as we could, maybe 25yds and cut the heat to him!!! Got in and had a HELL of a time gettin' his ass flipped hahaha!!! Dang pine tree was keeping him propped up and finally had to tip him over on the off side, boarhog had hella teefs on him... Camo took a little poke to the belly but not a scratch on anything else!!! He gonna be one fine barr Hope he makes it through a couple gun seasons so I can catch his ass again!!! Would love to have this one mounted with my mark on his ear!!! I was defenitely "grunting" to hold his big ass up lol

That's what I like to see, big boar hogs turned into big Barr hogs.
With teeth like those, you came away good with only a belly poke, congratulations on a good boar hog.

Anytime brother, you welcome to come up too, but I doubt what we have to hunt would be worth your drive! My other friends down south always say, "why would we leave hogs to catch hogs?" lol

LOL! I'm not gonna lie, it's hard for me to leave. I've been extremely fortunate to have the places and opportunities that i have. One of the ranches i hunt regularly has been ate up with hogs lately. My wife is due any minute with our son, and once she's comfortable enough for me to get away one mornin i'll let yall know
