I've got a few pups and I was wondering how old is to old to Dock there tails?

iv been told with in the first week or first couple days. i docked my pups at 4 days old. i did the knife thing the first time, but used casteration rings this time and it worked flawlessly. it took 3 days for the tails to fall off

I been doing it for many years...best between 3-7 days of age...

I've done em at 6 to 8 weeks with a band but pups I did 4 days old with a hot sharp knife
