We just got two 1 year old stag hounds, they use them for coyotes around here but we wanna try em on pigs....we hunt alot of fields at night especially close to harvest.  And all this winter the pigs kept out runnin our dogs.  So we got a couple of stags, I was just wonderin if anyone hunted pigs with them.  We took them to they bay pen for the first time last night and wasnt real sure what they were gonna do, but they ran right in and caught.  I think we are gonna cross them with our catch dog, a pit, and see what the out come is.

Cody (BlackGold) has a stag hound gyp that he uses for hogs... i've never seen her in the woods but i'm pretty sure he's hunted her.  he just had some pups out of her and Krystal Rohan's Cotton (1/2 dogo x 1/2 ab).
