Signed papers for my house today, suprised chloe with it! And best convo we have had yet, we pulled into the drive way. Chloe: "why are we here?" Matt: "dont know maybe cause this is our house?" Chloe: "no its not we dont live here." Matt: *throws keys out window*  |

Really? after 7 houses i know what she was lookin for and considering we drive by the house everyday on the way to her parents she has mentioned she wanted to look at it but it was out of our budget. it may seem strange but i would never do something without her consent, her parents were in this too. they did some P.I work on her to see what she likes. thank you for your input thought  |

That's cool Matt! Congrats! I remember buying my house and looking and searching... got to the point it was no fun anymore then BAM... got slapped with the house we wanted all of a sudden. Pretty cool how things work out sometimes huh?

x2 I moved in one a month ago. Found the house we wanted but had to sell our trailer and 1 acre first. No one was interested and in the mean time the forclosed 4 bed 3 1/2 bath brick home on 2 acres was waiting for someone to grab it at $137,000. After sitting for a bit the bank dropped the price to $120k and the same day somone made an offer on our trailer... we went directly to my agent and secured the house. Took 5 months to close on it. THE LONGEST 5 MONTHS OF MY LIFE. We stayed with the in-laws!!! Congrats SC |
