Have patience, put forth the effort into training, and watch the fruits of your labor stop squealing monsters in their tracks. No greater satisfaction than that.

Look up Bayer tree and shrub. Make sure to not get the one with the fertilizer. Dominion tree and shrub has the same ingredient that's what your looking for. Bayer grub control at Walmart has the same ingredient in it as well and it comes in one of the yard spraying bottles. Stuff works really well.

I just used permethrin in my yard and bought Panoramis( Trifexis) pills for the dogs. Got the pills on a website without a perscription. petVet-supply.com. They are 30 day pills and include heartworm protection, they are no joke and worth every penny. This is the first time in over 6 months i have gotten control of the fleas and problem solved.

If you are going to use the Panoramis then cheat and buy the largest size. Cut to the size you need if you have dogs less than 60 pounds. Saves a few dollars.

I've never used the bayer, do ya'll dip dogs in it or just spray the yard, i don't have em too bad (been usin permethrin) but it could never hurt to knock as many out as i can.

I was thinkin of this today. I never have fleas but noticed a few of my dogs falling off a little and having dull or dry looking coats, and i worm them religiously. I had to take a pup to get rabies vaccination and while waiting on the Dr. Noticed several fleas and 1 tick. So I dug out the imacloprid and gave them all a good dose of it. But remembered you saying somethin about some stuff to break the cycle. Sooooooo where do you get this stuff???

My grand pop back in the old days used powdered garlic. We just put it in the dog food mix it up & we also sprinkle it around the pens once a month. We don't have any fleas

tom you should be able to go to a GOOD farm and ranch or feed store and find the Martin's I.G. REGLATOR or something similar it is an insect growth regulator there are several brands but martins is the best i've found . i've requested it at the lawn mower supply chain [ tsc ] and have never been able to get it from them . it works and i'm sure their philosophy is they wouldn't be able to sell all that other junk once a week if everybody used the growth regulators [ there would be no need l]

I use Ortho Max for the yard about once every 2 months, and three and shrub for the dogs once a month with no problems...

2-4oz 10% permetherin, 20 oz mineral oil, and 2oz neem oil mixed as a spray. Fine grain Rock salt on kennels/chain spots(this also kills worms in the dirt) and 5% seven dust in bedding.
You can also try termidor sc. It is 9.1 percent friponal aka the same thing as frontline. Frontline is just 10%. Apply the same as you would frontline, drops along the back. Dosage is .2ml per 5lbs of body weight. so about 2 ml for a 50 pd dog. This works great for ticks.
