And a blue lacy.  I thought the hog might be too big. Not. It was a mauling.

 

 

 

Two males and the blue lacy did real good and the other two still have some maturing to do. They were more worried about busting through the woods and having some fun. Got to get a bigger hog to work em with now. Plan on turning this one lose and letting them run it down.

Good looking pups Shawn, they think they are rough, but they'll figure out that ain't always smart.  That poor blue lacy sticks out like a sore thumb amongst them red pups.  You gonna give him a complex  Grin

Ben he doesn't know he is a minority lol. But he was straight catch on that one. I will get something for him next time to the woods.

I tell ya what everyone of the hornXpenny puppies are all turning out to look good and show lots of intrest in hogs at a young age! mine will sit back and bay his head off! If nobody has had the chance to hunt behind horn or penny its a sight to see or any of the dogs of that bloodline from Jimmy (Texashogdogs) I have had the chance to hunt behind horn, whitey and now i own penny and she is really turning out to be one of a kind these dogs are something else good to see em working out shawn!

Thanks everyone.

And justin the only way to get cool in that river is to get in and out and let the breeze cool you off. The water is at least 80you degrees in this river. Our other river is much nicer.
