this is payton she is a cat x am bull at 6mo. She (was) my ol ladys dog and i was told i'm not to show her a hog or hunt her... Well today she has become mine bwahaha!  well this vid is the second time she was in a pen.... Thefirst time my son ratted me out and cost me 2days on the couch rolleyesrolleyes  Dont mind the mess in the pen it was a quick set up lol |

A mom and daughter got arrested for a video in FL. There two dogs barking at and then eventually killing the pig.
The dogs had no idea what to do really.
They taped the mouth shut on the pig. Clearly morons and they got charged with animal cruelty and animal baiting.
So the two morons made a lot of hog hunters IMO look really bad and the media ate it up and the humane society of course uses such as future ammunition.
I think that is exactly why this forum doesn't want videos of hogs in pens only in the woods.
Where did you see a bay comp in FL? Everyone I know goes to Georgia for them.

The way I understood it, was baying in a pen is fine - once a dog puts its teeth on a hog in a pen or tied up by a leg, etc., you have to remove the hog and tend to its wounds and put it up.
Thats how it was explained to me.
Catch dogs in a pen with hogs, is a big No-No!
We never use a pen, would love to though. Hahaha
