Hi, I live, love, eat, sleep, and breath hog hunting. My name is Dinah and I live in Dayton Tx. Like Uglydog (Crystal) said, there are lots of us on here, most just don't post as much any more.

I love to hog hunt, it took along time to find a pic because, I am  the "offical pic taker, backpack carrier and doc"  Terry and I hunted this draw hunt in central fl and I got the biggest hog for the season, including still hunting too.  Needless to say I was excited and talked some trash to a few guys that hunted the same area.  If there is a bay, I am there.

This was the barr that took heaviest for the season

Here is a pic of me and our grandbaby, we were putting up the training pig.

Love this post!!

I am 24, and can't even put into words how much I love this sport! Every part of it, but most of all watching the dogs work, learn, and become more and more confident hunters. So glad to see so many other women out there! I really would love to get to hunt with some of y'all!! Always hard to find other girls who have the love and passion for this sport like we do!

Hmmmm.....maybe we should pinpoint everyone's locations and then try to choose a place that's of mutaul distance for us to travel to?? (with exception of me, lol. I'm on the LA/MS borderline)

And also, are there certain times of the year that are better for everyone?

My fiancé (wine6978) and I just moved to Brazoria so we don't have a whole lotta places yet... Hopefully we will have a decent amount here before too long but I ain't gonna bet the farm on it quite yet... Any time except for this feb works for me bc I'm gettin married! Let me know if there's any way I can help plan! Smiley

Maybe grain season?? That might give everyone enough planning time!? Idk how many of us hunt fields, but might be some gooooooooood huntin too!
