Turn your phone off, if it isn't already. If the phone was on when it got wet there is a good chance it will not make it. Do not try  to turn the phone on... put in a bag or bowl of rice for a couple days and let it dry out. When you see no condensation left in the phone plug it up to a charger and you will know pretty quick if it is going to work or not.

Hold down the menu button on the front of the phone and also at the same time hold the power/lock button down on the top of the phone. (same time) your power off screen will come on and then keep holding them down and a white apple will appear on the screen. When u see the apple release the buttons. After you phone resets hold down the top power button ad slide the slide bar I turn your device off. If that doesn't wok u will need to take it to the apple store. Hope it helps bud.

And if after you do all that if your phone still says reactivate you might just need to plug it up to iTunes and go through the steps. Good luck!

Being in the plumbing business u Can't imagine how many times my phone has been wet. Either submerged momentarily or sprayed. Of a dozen or so times I've only lost one phone and oddly enough it was from a coffee spill. Take it out of the case and remove the back slide cover and battery set it out on the dash of your truck and it will be as dry as it will get by dinner or so. Then hold the power button and the button on the screen at the same time for 10 sec and if it's gonna work it will do it then.

trust me... don't use it if there is any condensation still in the camera or the phone... I wouldn't have taken it apart though because that voids the waruntee... but oh well i guess huh? Leave it off in the rice for a few days, sucks to be without a phone, but would you rather have to spend the extra money on another one? LOL! Just make sure you do not turn it on with water still in it or the circut board will fry and then you're really screwed.... I would keep turning it over and fliping the phone over in the rice so that water that is stuck in the phone will move around and hopefully evaporate... Never thought about it, but if you were to bury it in the rice and then stick it out side in the heat, while the phone is off that might speed up the process. Hope it all helps man, and let me know if it starts working.

I have to deal with all kinds of problems with iPhones/iPads at work for the president and CEO of the company I work for... You wouldn't believe some of the stupid things they come at with for those damn phones.

Be good man, and good hunting to ya!
