I've been in Alabama on vacation at the beach with my family for the last week. I split up my dogs and boarded them with different friends while we were gone. Well, my buddy called this morning and said he found my catch dog Remi dead on the chain this morning. She was up to date on all her shots and he said there was no signs that anything was wrong. He said there was blood coming out of her mouth but other than that she looked fine, she was eating her food and had plenty of water. She was one of the most reliabe dogs I've ever legged a hog behind, if she caught it then it was over for the hog and it did'nt matter how bad it was. She was also one of the best natured dogs I've ever seen. She will be missed. She is the big blue and white dog on the left.

Lance, sorry to hear about your loss.
Man, what a great picture. You can tell them 2 were content with their lives. Not a worry in the world.

Thanks everyone. I just wish I knew what was wrong with her. I take good care of my dogs and she appeared to be a healthy 5 yr. old dog. I guess it's always the good ones.
