Ok seen a flag flying on a flag pole with the blue and star up. Does this mean something or disrespectful of texas?  It was flying by a us flag one one side and a don't thread on me and a confederate flag on the other.  I have never seen the texas flag flown this way and was curious?

was it as halfbreed said, "as if it was hanging on a wall"? as long as the star is at top or near the pole, it shouldnt matter. im sure that with them other 3 flags around it, it wasnt ment to be disrespectful. i may not be following though, is there a way for u to get a pic of it and post it?

Dub idk I looked at it for a minute and it was attached for sure.  I don't know if it was made that way or if they made a new hole but was for sure attached vertically.

Nope just the vert pole. It was attached normal on the bottom ring but then was atached again on the red.

http://www.netstate.com/states/symb/flags/tx_flag.htm

(b) If the state flag is displayed vertically:

(1) the blue stripe should be above the white and red stripes; and

(2) the white stripe should be, from the perspective of an observer, to the left of the red stripe.

If you read the whole link it says exactly how to display the flag in many different situations.
