I have a hog in the pen. She has been in there quit a while and is pretty fat. 2 days ago I went out there and she is dragging her hind end. She can move her back legs but can't get up on them. No apparent injuries and she otherwise looks healthy. I would like to just butcher her and eat her cause she is in good shape and been in there  so long. The only things I could come up with were a pinched nerve or possibly she is pregnant and a complication with that. I figured I would watch her for a few more days and as long as she keeps looking healthy, I'll go ahead and eat her.  Anyone have this happen? Think I should eat her or just cut my losses and fatten up another?

Well, she popped out 4 pigs this morning. So, I suppose those pigs complicated something in there. I'll let her nurse em and then sausage it is.
