today we were feedin and noticed my black bulldog was stublin around and couldnt hardly walk, i dont know if she got overheated or what. any ideas?

Sounds like he got over heated to me.  Make sure he can get to plenty of shade and water atvall times.

took her to the vet and he said it was either an infection or the west nile virus

he said the west nile was highly unlikely there was just a few symtoms of it but was prolly an infection of some sort.

Did your vet run bloodwork? If so, did she mention any specific abnormalities in the results?
