One of my dogs is pooping blood, but is acting fine. Eating drinking and acting as if everything is fine. My fist thought was parvo but I figured she wouldn't be eating if that was the case and would probably be acting pretty lethargic. I'm planning on taking her to the vet tomorrow but would still like everyone's opinions. I'm trying to avoid a huge vet bill if at all possible. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!

I've only had her a couple of weeks and I'm not sure of the last time she was wormed. Should I worm her before I take her to the vet and see if she improves? I'm not trying to gamble with the situation but want to try everything I can first. I just spent a ton of money at the vet with another dog!

How much blood?  Streaks , lots ?

If the dog aint been worked in a long time it could just be stress from the hard work you put on her.

Lots of blood. I had  her at a buddy's house cause one of my other gyps kept fighting her, and he called me sunday saying that she's chitting alot of blood. It's gotten worse since then but no change in her demeanor. I'm gonna worm her tomorrow and if I don't see an improvement by SAT. I'm taking her to the vet.

If she is producing a lot of blood I would not even worm her I would take her straight to the vet ..........The sooner the better if that much blood.  The wormer may effect her if she is bleeding inside with that much blood.
