i have this gyp the only gyp old enough to hunt and today i took her out of the kennel to let her go in the woods alittle and my gyp barked a few time and she tryed to go to her and she started to run and fell down and i had to carry her to the house. i put her in my house and i called the vet she said keep her comfotable and bring her in the morning what do yall think? this is her left hip and its about a big softball size rock hard ball left hip: and on her left back thigh there is this idk what happend i havnt hunted her in awhile she has been in a kennel with one other gyp that they were raised together right lower thigh on back leg: beans: please fill free to tell me what i should do she has received a prevacox which is like a ibprofen for dogs

Hard to tell from the pic, is there a puncture on her right hip where she's swollen?

ive looked all over and there is no holes anywhere im so worryed about her she is going to the vet in the morning the vet said it could be a absese and they might have to lance it but for the night she is sleeping in my bed she said keep her calm in a dark place and cool

its rock hard and you touch it and she looks at me like ouch that hurts also her right side of her teats have alittle fluid in them but the left side are normal

looks like an absese but the way you say she took off running and fell could of dislocated him or ripped a muscle

she started to trot off and just couldnt make it i could tell she was hurting i had to carry her out she didnt want to walk she is dragging her leg vet said that it kinda sounds like a absesse
then the other leg i thought looked like she ripped a muscle but idk how?

could be thats why vets get paid the big bucks LOL but from my dogs i havent ever had a dog not run because of one but then again that is pretty big

well figured out that she had 2 big abecess i took her to the vet and they lanced them cost me about $140 idk but the vet said she could have been hit and the tramau caused them i will post pictures when i get her home
they also had to place a drain tube in the bad one on her hip
