Iv been feeding Victor high energy in the red bad for a while now and they looked great until about 1 month ago. Now they dont want to eat and im tired of spicing it up or starving them til the next day. Have you guys found a food that the dogs go crazy for?? Or do you guys have a price list on all the Victor dog foods? i know they have some salmon flavored food but there is never a price on the internet and the feed stores are now closed.

Best dog food In my experience has been sportmix in the black bag. I pay 28$ for 50# bag.

I used to feed victor in the green bag for 25$ for 40# bag

I fed Diamond green bag for a while and now I feed Sport Mix 24/20 (black bag) and like it but want to try the Sport Mix 26/18 (blue bag).  Hear great things about it.

I want to try the blue bag as well but can't find anyone that carries it.

I've seen it once or twice but way over priced.  Like $35 for a 50 lb bag...

I just looked it up that's only a 40 lb bag.  I've been getting the 50 lb black bag of 24/20 for the same price.  I pick up 4-6 bags in Sour Lake, Tx every time I go home to Beaumont and that last me a couple of months because I only feed 6 dogs.  I haven't been able to find it at a decent price around Dallas.

Sportmix  blue bag year round, and black bag for the winter time. Works just great for me for years. Dogs in great shape , lots of energy, sound and healthy. I feed 17 dogs. Can get 40# bags at tsc and 50# at a local feed store.

curdog3006...that is a good system you have right there...less fat in the summer to keep the weight off and more in the winter to help keep the weight on when the colder weather gets here...I mix in a tablespoon of used cooking oil/bacon grease over the feed in the winter months...even when I use the black bag...

Raw chicken from Walmart. 5.90 a ten  pound bag. Pound or so to each dog. Less poop better quality food.

I tried sport mix, can't say anything negative about it but isn't the second ingredient listed corn?  A filler?

Cantex - your program is probably the best.
