After a long night of hunting saturday night with no luck near the ballinger area we went sunday morning. I have a 3 year old dogo that is getting good. He winded and left about half a mile later i heard him hit the hog! She broke and went about another half a mile. Ive never heard him bark on a hog but he bayed for about 5 minutes before he caught. When i got there i realized why. It was so thick i dont think he could get to the pig but finally he made his way to the hog and caught on the ear. When we got there we legged him and got him stuck :) Sow weighed about 180 but for one dog that started out as a catch dog he is going to end up being the whole thing. He is starting his own hogs everytime we go. If any of yall hunt in ballinger area let me know. 3252343642
