Stopped by the local butcher shop yesterday to see if they would call me if someone brings in a deer. Got lucky and they had a fresh hide. So I took it home, called my hunting buddies, and we had a 12 volt party with some young dogs.

Sounds like he is using the deer hide to break the dogs with shock collar when the dogs go after them

I put the hide on the ground, tie the dog a few feet away but were they can still reach the hide. ease off and when they go and start sniffing the hide, I let them get a real good smell. Then it's dance time, as far as they know it's a bear eating there a$$ but that is one smell they don't like & won't forget.
