I got to.take a my friend Brew hunting this morning for his first time and he got a Good one... We droped Tiger and Cub this morning right before daylight and started roading them the around the pasture. After about thirty minutes into the hunt they both.took a track out to 600 a spilt hog in different directions. Then we.hear cub open up at 500 and the race was on they chace this big sucker for 30 min through somme real thick cactus country.and cub finally fell out but tiger pushed on long enough to get him to sit down at 700 yards on the other side of the creek...instead of swimming.we took the long way around in the truck and let tiger work him for a little bit and cub ended up over there to help.him out...we drove all the way.to 200yds and led Sookie and Tuff in on foot. Sent them in to find them baying this big hog backed up into a big briar patch...we ended up sending them from 50 yards out and the hog broke when they hit the thick briars..they finnally ended up getting him.caught all the way back.in the middle of the creek...when I got there he was walking away with them into the deep water. I got him legged and pulled back up to the bank and brew made the stick one this big hoss   This picture doesn't do this hog any justice at all How much do yall think he looks like he weighs? |

Nice boar ! It's hard to say from the pics but I'll say 250 but I'm bad about under estimateing them when It comes to weight.

Lol Ok Monty you got me...he prolly weighed around 85 lbs or so..
But really I wish I could have got on the scales but there was no way for us to get him out of there..I caught to hogs recently that both went 300 on the scale and he was taller and wider than both of them and just as long
. I should have taken time to get some better pics but ivwas having to tend to Sookie who got a couple nasty poke under the chin...all three guys in the pic weigh over 215 I'd that helps any

Nice hog Trey, Id say he's 300. He looks just like one we caught in June that went 310. Good hunt sounds like a great hunt too.
