Well, it's nice to see a new hunting forum running. Hi Mike and KP. So, what is the best weapon to hunt hogs with? : Semper Fi, Tom

Well Tom, if I "have" to shoot one... I'm sending a 150 grain Nosler partition in .280 rem. right below the ear. Been shooting that for 13 years now and it's never let me down.

I like shooting them with my .270 and 130grn Core Lockts, Ruger 44mag 240grn, and my 300 Win Mag with 180grn Core Lockts. The 300 is a little overkill. But, what the heck, a dead hog is a dead hog.

Is there anyway to install some kind of lazer sight on a 20 ga slug gun.I shoot those hogs when i go with my dogs by myself.I really like the 20ga with slugs just need a way to see better at night.Red dot or something that would work.
