I had it kicked for 5 months before my daughter was born. I thought I wanted to be tobacco free and healthy for her sake. But then I realized how stressful babies are and how much they whine and cry, and I went back to it. Lol

She's the only girl I would give up snuff for, and the only girl who could drive me back to it!!

Two cans of red seal nat long cut every day for the past 11 years. Last dip was October 15, 2012. I know not long ago but I feel great. I use nicotine gum and sun flower seeds(a lot of them). I am doing for the health and money. I spend over 300 bucks a month on snuff, that is just dumb on my part. Let alone my killing my gum line.

I'm 50 and I have dipped Copenhagen since I was 12 years old. I tried to quit plenty of times through the years. 5 years ago I woke up
one morning and said to myself " f---ck it ", and have never took another dip. If you can't quit it's because deep down you don't want to.
When the time comes and you are serious about quitting you'll quit. Will power is all it takes. I wont say it was easy but I was determined
and I did it cold turkey.
