I have a leggy 1/2 Dane 1/4 wolf 1/4 deer hound I've had her on a couple hog and she is really good. I'm really thinking of breeding to my big full pit that catches hard. I have a couple pretty good dogs what do you think ?

Sounds like a bag of mixed nuts to me. Who knows what you will get. I personally don't want anything with wolf in it. I also would not mix that many breeds together. It can produce good dogs and or culls. Just too many variables. I only cross solid lines so I can predect how they will turn out.

Well if you look at ,and put it on papper. you still would have more dane in the cross. This is not anything i wold do or hunt, but its your call and your dogs. I would go back with a 100% running walker.

Look at "boardogs.com" They do a lot of similar crosses. I have a Dane/pit and he can find a hog. Have you thought about breeding to a good rough pointer ?
