Need some coaches is what they need.  Garrett is not strong and stricked enuff to control Romo's Gunslinging ways and Garretts play calling is about as bad as I have ever seen.  That dont include his clock management , game preperation and everything else .  He is a rookie head coach in the making not a real head coach.  Hell Garrett was a back up QB his whole damn career and the way he calls plays and games is the same way he played QB , the only time they put him in was to mop up duty and it damn sure shows in his coaching !

It ain't just Romo, the whole organization needs a re model from the top down.  And while we're cleaning up Texas teams, Mack brown has run his course as well. There is no reason the horns should suck as much as they do other than a tired old coach.

romo needs gone! they keep waiting for him to turn into a great an he is already as good as he will ever be. great men stand up in adversity and the romos of the world collapse. garrett is in over his head and jerry jones needs to remember hes an owner not a coach, just write the checks an shut the *($*# up! there is no reason why dallas shouldnt be stomping every team out there with the talented players they have. that team needs a man in a fedora that rarely talks, and doesnt show emotion, doesnt wear sneakers and a warm up suit. but there wont ever be another one of those i guess, the age of real men has past

Good on paper bad on winning. You can try to blame the coach. He may not be good enough but he doesn't throw 2 or 3 interseptions or fumble the ball in every game that matters. 1 for 6 in the game he has to win and he lost the next one after he won 1! He has an L stamped on his forehead. He needs to go

I'm a die hard fan of the cowboys and romo is not the problem the cowboys offensive line is the problem  . Lets find another reason to complain .. It's not romo look at romo's stats he is one of the top quarterbacks in the NFL

Romo is not elite and he is not a bad QB he is right in the middle and thats as far as he is gonna go thats why he cant win the big one .  That and he has no real head coach .  This team is the mirror imagine of their head coach which aint about chit !  Leader among men I dont hardly think so ...........

As long as there is a Jones sitting as owner...the cowboys are doomed to mediocrity.
