I posted a few days ago that ammunition is gettin hard to find. I can't find major caliber sizes anywhere. Police and sheriff officers are even running out. they can't even train their recruits with firearms according to the news.  I have my own thoughts on this subject of ammo shortage but I'll keep ylthat paranoid thoughts to my self lol. I'd like to hear what everybody else thinks though

It will die down. I personally am not supporting my local gun stores right now due to price gouging. It'll all come back down. We went through the same thing about 10 years ago.

Oh yeah, I wrote a guy about an AR he had on here and he wanted $3K for a 300 Blackout. Couldn't believe it.

My department qualified about a month in a half before all this and we were planning on qualifiing with rifles this month but thats out of the question now.

It was a M&P. I talked to my gun smith and showed him the ad and he thought maybe $1700. I dont know, I just think just because everyone is scared doesnt change the quality of the product. I'm happy with my RRA. Maybe I just need to stay out of it.

I got ammo stored but went to a tactical store where they had the last M&P 15 in .223 they were asking 6000.00 for it, I bought mine 2 yrs ago for 1000.00 and recently bought a 300 AAC Blackout for the same price right before all this crap started. Everyone that has some is trying to get way more then they should but supply and demand.

I built my AR 15 in November for $ 595.00. That's without optics. The assault weapons ban won't pass. Wait a couple months and the guns and ammo will be in stock and affordable again.

When the prices go down, stock up on everything because this will happen again.

Go to the Equipment Exchange on AR15.com, there's still some descent deals on there.

There wa someone on here selling a Vulcan v18 for 2000 " due to shortage on assault weapons" or whatever looked it up and the same gun bar and new was 500 with very very very bad reviews. Used teu well for 300. Just goes to show what kind of price gouging people are doing and always do some research before buying.
