I think one of my redbone crosses may have a lil Pitt in him. He's about half nuts hard to catch but he hunts. Smiley

I have one...1/2 redbone 1/4 pitbull and 1/4 american bulldog...he is a pretty good looking dog and has some grit to him and he is a fair strike dog...

My buddy had one. Solid black looked like a game pit with sum ear. He was a good strike dog always stayed busy was also a good bay pen dog for his age. He finally got rid of him because he started messing with cows alot, but if I had a shock collar I'm sure it would have fixed it.

I had some pups that a guy in south Texas bought. 7 months later called and said he'll buy every pup I get out of the cross again.

I had 4. I have 1 male now he looks like a black lab he is a catch dog of opportunity. What I mean is he is not stupid. He will bay until he gets an opening and it's caught. He is silent on track. I am about to make the cross again. He catches so hard he will bite through the ear no exaggeration

I've only evr been around two redbones in my life. My dad liked walker dogs but he had two and they had a harder edge to them than the walkers did if i remember right. It's to late though i called him and their gone. their in someones yard in the lonestar state but he said his buddy is going to have a litter soon. I may give them a try.
