To be honest I think someone took ur dogs with the intention of keeping them. When u made that phone call I think it hit close to home. Be it a kid or adult that took ur dogs I think that call was real close and the person that took them got scared and decided they better make shed of them which resulted in them being found at the store.

Just for the record I'm not saying the guy u called did it but he may have made a call and ended up talking to someone that did do it unknowingly.
