i know there has been tons of posts...but for some reason i cant find what i need. i normally use safeguard...my dogs have become immune. what do others use or what do you switch back and forth with to keep them from becoming immune...and also...whats your dosage? i was looking at equimax after reading some posts but saw it would over dose on the ivermecton in order to take out the worms...im bad at math too so dont use to many numbers when talking about dosing please ha.

Zimecterin gold horse wormer or valbazen cattle and goat wormer. Valbazen is one cc per 10 pounds of body weight 3 days in a row. You will also need to use ivermectin for heartworms
