Boars Nest Hog Bay February 23, 2013 welcomes ANIMAL PLANET who will be filming a pilot program

Books open at 9 a.m. bayn starts at 10 a.m.
concession and tack trailer on site
Admission
$10.00 for spectators
$5.00 for participants
80% payback on all calcutta in each event with the remaining 20% going to the High Point dog of the Bay, 50% payback on all entries, 80% on option
1. Puppy Bay - $20.00 Entry- option $20.00 80% payback
2. 1 dog open - $40.00 Entry- calcutta 80% payback
Pig Scramble for the kids Trophys and Ribbons awarded
3. Young and Old (young dog must be under 12 mos) - $45.00 Entry- calcutta 80% payback
4. 2 dog open - $50.00 Entry- calcutta 80% payback

im sorry i cant keep it empty ive just been trying to get in contact with you ive left you a few messages ive been looking for your call just missed em i guess i try to answer my phone everytime it rings but if im in the woods bout the only time i dont answer but i do miss some sometimes i will get my mailbox empty and ill be giving you a call let me know what all you guys think about the animal planet going to be there

Wish Charles and could be there! But we have a wedding on the 23rd!  But, my son should be there with our Rolo dog and Jesse, and crankshaft! We have a blast every time we bay at the boar's nest! And Cody work the hell out of my son Tyler on the 23rd! |

I'm hoping for the sake of all the people that enjoy this sport you don't go through with this. If your ignorant enough to choose not to listen to your peers it could really do some damage. I would hope that no one would even show up to compete and support this!

I got a lot of feedback off of ethd about the issue of animal planet coming to a bay im glad i did and from some close friends also, animal planet will not be attending or filming at any of our bays, i do value my peers opinion and have used it once again same as i did with the pen appreciate everybody

Just read the post. I'm gonna try to make it out there the 23rd. These guys are right the animal planet deal is a very bad idea. PETA people watch animal planet all the time and I don't believe they would like it.

I was planning on attending the Boars nest on the 23rd. Also supposed to bring a couple guys that are interested in the sport. Wonder if thats a bad idea with APL coming now. I heard now animal planet is going to Carthage to a lady's place that buys and sells wild hogs. I also heard she is going to start selling to some fast food chains so they can make pork nuggets.
