The bitch dog was mine. All of the pups are placed in hunting homes and are 10 months old. I kept one but I haven't taken her to the woods yet. She has the drive though, and has caught a couple of shoats. They are built for speed, which was what I wanted.

I have a male pit dans.     And a female 1/4 mastif 1/4 Dane. 1/4 pit 1/4 dogo. I plan to breed. Both at 80 plus pound leggy and. Fast.  Real deal kind of dogs

If you can't find a pure Dane that hunts well why would you want to cross it ?

I had a 1/8 Dane 7/8 catohoula that was a great bay dog. Very rough and ain't legged sucker! Used as a RCD. Would stop em and bay alone then get real catchy with help then he would catch a hold!

My Dane/pit found hogs when I hunted him. Danes add nice size and temperament. The people breeding the crosses aren't looking for hound dogs. Their looking close to medium range extremely rough dogs that can hold most hogs easily.

I use both of my pit/danes as lead in dogs. I don't run rcd's. I love the tempermant of them and the way they lead. They catch just as hard as any pit I have owned without the out of control bs.
